RETENTION OF TITLE

The Products ordered remain the property of Ambraude until full payment is received by Ambraude.

However, you assume all risks (including loss, theft or damage) concerning the Products delivered from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.

DELIVERY TO A POSTAL ADDRESS

Our Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.

We aim to be as open as possible to ship our products within and outside the EU. If we have too many difficulties to reach your delivery area, we will inform you by email and we will automatically refund you.

DELIVERY CHARGES

There are no delivery charges. Ambraude commits itself to send you its products without any additional cost. However, depending on the destination (shipping address), some customs taxes may be required to finalize the shipment of the product. We will not intervene in any way in the payment of this type of additional tax. It will be entirely the responsibility of the customer to pay them.

DELIVERY TIMES

Except in exceptional cases beyond our control, but directly related to a crisis situation or problems with the carrier itself (eg strike, etc. ...);

The delivery time of a scarf will depend on its manufacturing time, which will be done as orders are placed. This one can reach a maximum of two months.

It is the same for the paper reproductions, which are carried out progressively, being able to reach at most two month.

In all cases, you will be notified when the product is ready to be sent.

You will then be able to check the "Follow-up of your order" until it is delivered.

In spite of all this information and services of follow-up of your order, for any question, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail.  

 DELIVERY PROBLEM

Any defect or delay in delivery, beyond the delivery times mentioned (when you will be notified that your order is ready to be sent) must be reported as soon as possible. Any claim formulated beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the estimated and mentioned date of your delivery cannot be taken into account.

In case of non-compliance with the delivery time, you can cancel the order, simply by registered letter to the following address:

Ambraude will then be obliged to reimburse you the totality of the sums paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of denunciation of the sales contract. If you nevertheless receive the Product after having used this option, you will have to return it according to the terms of return.

You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.).

You must then contact us. In case of non-conformity of the purchased Products or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them by asking for its refund (see refund policy).
